In the cozy neighborhood of Burgemeestersbuurt in Zaandam, 45 new family homes will be delivered in the upcoming period. These homes are being built by Bouwgroep Dijkstra Draaisma. Each home is equipped with the latest facilities and is completely gas-free. These are energy-efficient homes (BENG) with good insulation, some solar panels, a heat pump, and a heat recovery system. The garden has a small terrace and a storage room. The front garden will not be delivered yet, it will take at least 12 months due to the renovation of the public space at the front. Sometimes new homes cannot be temporarily connected to the energy grid. Therefore, a special system with a battery has been installed in these homes. This system ensures that the homes do have electricity, allowing you to live comfortably. We do ask you to consider each other by not using large appliances simultaneously, not turning the heating too high, and turning off lights when not needed. The homes will be delivered as new construction, tenants need to provide their own floor and wall coverings.
