These homes, built by Bouwgroep Dijkstra Draaisma, feature the latest amenities and are fully gas-free. They are energy-efficient homes with good insulation, solar panels, a heat pump, and a heat recovery system. The garden has a small terrace and a storage shed. The front garden will not be delivered yet, which will take at least 12 months due to renovation of the public space in front. Sometimes new homes cannot be temporarily connected to the energy grid, which is why a special system with a battery has been implemented to ensure electricity. Residents are advised to use appliances judiciously to avoid overloading the system. There will be viewings in the last two weeks of August 2025, with occupancy expected in early September 2025.
