Our brand new student complex in Rijswijk, near Delft, provides exactly what you need! The location is just a short bike or bus ride of about 40 minutes to TU Delft, ideal for students looking for a quiet yet well-connected living environment! We have 136 rooms spread over several homes. Each room shares a bathroom, which is cleaned once a week, a kitchen with a microwave, and a common laundry room with 14-16 fellow residents. Perfect for communal meals and building new friendships! Good to know is that each room is furnished with a single bed, desk + chair, dining table + 2 chairs, wardrobe, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and Wi-Fi access is available throughout the complex. Please note that bedding, dishes, and kitchenware are not included. There are various common areas where you can study, relax or socialize and a large communal outdoor area designed as a garden where you can enjoy outdoor life, study outside, or participate in cozy barbecues and events. We offer a campus contract that is valid for a minimum of 12 months and continues as long as you are a student, afterwards it can be canceled monthly. These studios are only suitable for students and PhD candidates. Unfortunately, you are not eligible for housing allowance for these properties. In addition to the rent, you pay an advance in service costs for water, electricity, heating, cleaning, and of course internet. There is a caretaker present during business hours several days a week. Emergency availability is 24/7.
