Faenza is located in the newly transformed neighborhood of Sphinxkwartier, near the city center of Maastricht. Once home to the factories that kick-started industrialization in the Netherlands, De Sphinx is now undergoing a complete contemporary transformation that keeps its heritage at heart. All the buildings of this neighborhood are named after a former line of tableware produced by the old ceramic factory of Sphinx, including our buildings Amonet and Faenza! The apartment complex of Faenza is home to 92 brand new modern city lofts. The residences are semi-furnished, giving you plenty of freedom to decorate your home in your own unique style!
