The front garden will not be ready yet, which will take at least 12 months due to renovations in the public space at the front. Sometimes new homes cannot be connected to the energy grid temporarily. Therefore, these homes will have a special system with a battery installed. This system ensures that the homes do have power and that you can live comfortably there.
