In the cozy neighborhood of Burgemeestersbuurt in Zaandam, 45 new family homes will be delivered in the coming period. These homes are being built by Bouwgroep Dijkstra Draaisma. Each home is equipped with the latest amenities and is completely gas-free. These are energy-efficient homes (BENG) with good insulation, a few solar panels, a heat pump, and a heat recovery system. The garden has a small terrace and a storage room. The front garden will not be delivered for at least 12 months due to renovation of the public space at the front. New homes may sometimes not be temporarily connected to the energy grid, thus a special battery system has been installed to ensure power availability. Please be considerate of each other when using power. The house features an open kitchen, garden-oriented living room, bathroom on the first floor, and three bedrooms. The vicinity includes a bus stop, shops, schools, and access to highways to Amsterdam within 3 minutes.
