The garden has a small terrace and a storage room. The front garden will not be delivered for at least 12 months due to renovation of the public space at the front. New homes may sometimes not be temporarily connected to the energy grid, thus a special battery system has been installed to ensure power availability. Please be considerate of each other when using power. The house features an open kitchen, garden-oriented living room, bathroom on the first floor, and three bedrooms. The vicinity includes a bus stop, shops, schools, and access to highways to Amsterdam within 3 minutes.
