Five student rooms will be available at Jan Hissink Jansenstraat 6 in Groningen from 01-08-2025. Very suitable for a close group of friends who want to live together! The rooms are located in the Gorechtbuurt, a nice neighborhood with various amenities nearby, including shops, supermarkets, and cozy restaurants. Both the center of Groningen and the central station are easily and quickly accessible. The entrance leads to a hall with stairs to both the upper and lower floors, where all rooms and common areas can be accessed. Two rooms have their own kitchenette equipped with an induction stove, hood, and oven. Additionally, there is a shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. Lastly, there is a shared backyard of approximately 13 m².
