Think of shops, supermarkets, and charming restaurants. Both the center of Groningen and the central station are easily and quickly accessible.\n\nLayout:\nUpon entering, you enter the hall, where the staircase provides access to both the upper and lower floors. Through this staircase, you reach all the rooms and common areas. Two rooms have their own kitchenette, equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, and oven. Additionally, the property features a shared kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet.
