Row house built in 2022, located near the Plus/Lidl supermarket in the Krakeel neighborhood. Heat pump and solar panels. Equipped kitchen. Rental period approximately from the beginning/mid-August 2025. Monthly rent: €1,000 net (excluding utilities). The monthly rent of €1,000 is exclusive of utilities (electricity, water, internet). These costs must be paid separately by the tenant and arranged directly with the supplier. An additional cost of €20 covers only maintenance costs for the heat pump. The tenant is also responsible for cleaning the windows and exterior walls (independently or through a company). Rental conditions: Residing in the area for several years, permanent employment in the area (no probation), non-smoker, no pets permitted.
