Room Available – Amsterdam Noord – €764 + utilities (€150 max) 6-month rental in a social international student apartment. We're looking for someone to take over this 11m² room in our shared apartment in Amsterdam Noord. The room is available for a fixed period of 6 months, from 15th August to 15th January. Registration is possible. Room details: Approx. 11m², suitable for students or young professionals. Comes with a 140x200 cm bed frame (free to keep) – rest of the furniture will be removed. Bright room with natural light. Rent: €764/month. Utilities: up to €150/month (varies slightly). Deposit: €1600. Registration possible. Apartment: Shared living room and kitchen – clean and well-maintained. Bathroom split into two rooms: one with a shower, one with a toilet. Located in a quiet residential building in Amsterdam Noord, close to shops and public transport. About us: You’ll be living with three international housemates (Romanian, Mexican, and Lithuanian), aged 23–27. We're a mix of students and young professionals. The vibe is social, outgoing, and respectful – we enjoy hanging out together, cooking, and sharing a laugh, but also appreciate each other's space. Cleanliness in shared areas is important to us.
