Amsterdam - Room

Hey everyone, I am moving abroad for my internship for 6 months (August - January), so I am looking for a subletter who will be living with my 2 roommates (Registration not possible). Who & what are we looking for: * Student/ Working person between 21-25y * Non-smoker * Lgbtq+ friendly * No pets * No parties (family building) The apartment is pretty large with a balcony and a spacious living room. It is located 5 min walk from Strandvliet and a 10-min walk to Bijlmer Arena Station. There all the shops you need nearby at the Amsterdamse Poort. You would be living with two girls, both 24, and working in Amsterdam. The room is around 12sq meters. It is available from August 1st until the end of January 2026. The price is 900€ per month + around 80€ of bills (water, electricity, internet). If you do not have your own stable income, a parent guarantee is needed. The room is furnished with a big closet, desk, bed, and laundry basket.
