Utrecht - Studio

De Kwekerij is a stone's throw from our popular student complex IBB. The name of this complex is a reference to the past, when this area was home to several market gardens. In addition to having your own place - which is of course very nice - you also have plenty of opportunities to meet other residents here. Each floor has a large, cozy kitchen where you can relax or eat. In addition, you will find a study room, a laundry room and a nice café downstairs. This building is on the 'de Kwekerij' site, a location where more residential towers will be built over the coming years. Even though the residents have to deal with some noise (and sand) every so often, you will be living in the most convenient location: right in the middle of the city centre and Utrecht Science Park. Pretty amazing, right?! Please note: to live in a room in this student complex, you must be able to prove that you are currently studying or will start a study soon. Without an approved document you will unfortunately not receive a rental contract!
