Groningen - Studio

Hello! Because I am going to England for a few months for my studies after the summer, I am looking for a caretaker for my nice studio in Groningen. It is a studio from the housing corporation Lefier, where temporarily someone else can live through caretaking (more information can be found on Lefier's website). Of course, we will also draw up an official caretaker contract together. The studio is available from September 13, 2025, possibly a few days earlier (from September 8 at the earliest). The end date is negotiable, but will be at the earliest January 18, 2026. The studio is furnished and fully equipped. You have everything to yourself, except for the two washing machines and the dryer, which you share with the floor (16 residents in total). The location is ideal: within walking distance of the city center, the station, and with two supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Zernike is 15 minutes by bike, and the UMCG is about 10 minutes. There is an advance payment of €165 for water authority and municipal taxes. If I get an exemption for this, I will, of course, fully refund the amount to you. I am very happy with my home and would appreciate it if someone comes to live who takes care of it just as carefully. It is a quiet building where residents generally do not disturb each other, so this housing is less suitable for someone who likes to throw parties regularly. I am looking for someone who does not smoke, has lived on their own before, and is not at the very beginning of their studies.
