The separate bedroom of about 5m² is heated via central heating. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and shower, and there is a storage room of about 1m² with the connection for the washing machine, as well as a private external storage room in the complex. The rent is € 864,- excluding utilities. Service costs for water, gas, electricity, TV, internet, and cleaning of common areas amount to € 185,- per month. Housing allowance is possible from the age of 23.
