Just 3 minutes by bike from the train station, where you can reach Nijmegen Central in 15 minutes and Den Bosch station in 12 minutes. The house has 2 floors, each with 10 rooms. Each floor has a kitchen, 2 showers, and 2 toilets. There is also a covered bicycle storage and a washing machine + dryer. The common areas are cleaned 5 times a week, so no chore roster and no dirty student house. The rent of 420 euros includes gas, water, electricity, internet, cleaning costs, and furnishings (floor and curtains). Conditions: only for students aged 18 to 26, contract for a minimum of 12 months, then ongoing for an indefinite period with a notice period of 1 month, 1 month deposit.
