LOCATION: Capelstaete is located almost directly next to the Slotplein metro and bus station, which is ideal for quick access to Rotterdam city center or the nearby, renovated "De Koperwiek" shopping center. Various shops (Slotplein & Koperwiek), schools, a health center, sports facilities, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Major roads are also just a few minutes away. Layout: Shared entrance with intercom, staircase, and elevator to the 2nd floor. 2nd floor Entrance, kitchen/diner, toilet, shower, 3 bedrooms of various sizes, and a balcony at the rear.
