Room for rent in a monumental building in the center of Eindhoven. On the first floor, there are three of us. Will you be our new housemate? Each floor has its own toilet, and we share the bathroom with residents on the ground floor (a total of 7 people). There is a kitchen with a refrigerator, and there is a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. The monthly rent is €710, all in (including electricity, heating, real estate tax, ADSL subscription, Ziggo business internet subscription). The monumental building is located in the center of Eindhoven at Tramstraat behind the Pullman hotel and a stone's throw from the Effenaar. It is also within walking distance of the station, Stratum, the shopping center, TUE, Fontys, and Design Academy. You will live in a very quiet monumental building designed by an architect (originally a patrician house from 1895).
