Groningen - Studio

Temporary sublease: September 15, 2025, to January 31, 2026. Starting from September 15, this independent studio of 31 m² will be available for temporary sublease. The studio has its own kitchen (equipped with an induction plate, extractor fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and various kitchen appliances) and a private bathroom with shower and sink. The spacious balcony provides additional living space. The toilet is shared with one other resident. In total, there are four studios in the house, spread over two floors. The house is fully inhabited by students, but interaction is limited. The rent is €765 per month, including gas, water, electricity, and internet. One-time deposit: €765. A viewing is mandatory before the studio is rented. The studio is normally my own living space; I am a student and temporarily rent it out due to staying abroad, therefore, I am looking for a neat, quiet student who can live independently, takes good care of the studio, and does not mind watering a few plants during that period.
