Various shops (Slotplein & Koperwiek), schools, a health center, sports facilities, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Major roads are also just a few minutes away. Layout: Shared entrance with intercom, staircase, and elevator to the 2nd floor. 2nd floor Entrance, kitchen/diner, toilet, shower, 3 bedrooms of various sizes, and a balcony at the rear.
