Best house-seeker! Are you my new housemate? I am a 57-year-old, smoking night nurse, like reggae, sauna, my bath, bed, bank, balcony, Gambia/Jamaica, Backgammon, TV, internet, and generally a clean, tidy house. I work an average of 3 night shifts a week, have a long-term LAT relationship (no children), don’t take life too seriously, and do not live by the clock! From 08-10-2025, I can rent out my furnished room again in my purchased apartment. I also live there. It is located above a shopping center, just outside the center, with a bus stop at the door, and approximately 1 km from the train station. Total monthly rent: €545, including utilities (W, G, E), washing machine, service costs of the VvE, TV & Wifi. (Without registration) Everything will, of course, be included in a contract.
