Hey! 👋 My name is Tom, I am 23 years old and I study at Fontys. Because my current housemate is moving, I am looking for a new nice housemate. The room is 12 square meters and costs €500 per month (including utilities). The house is conveniently located: you can reach Fontys in 5 minutes by bike and Eindhoven Central in 10 minutes. I am looking for someone who is not just looking for a room, but also enjoys a bit of coziness. Think of cooking, sports, or occasionally doing something fun together. No obligations, but it would be nice if you are open to that. Important: you must be registered as a student, this is a requirement and is also stated in the rental contract.
