After that, the building served as an office complex. The two rooms (approximately 9 and 8.5m² in size) are located in the same apartment, which features a shared living room of approximately 33m² and is situated on the 2nd floor. The shared living room is equipped with a modern kitchen which includes a refrigerator, stove, extractor fan, oven, and dishwasher. Additionally, it has a modern shared bathroom which includes a shower, sink unit, floating toilet, and designer radiator. The rooms are heated by their own central heating boiler and have a separate washing machine room. There is a high-quality finish. All walls and ceilings have been painted, and it is equipped with a neat laminate floor. The complex also features a shared rooftop terrace. The rent for the first room (approximately 9m²) is €735, including utilities. The rent for the second room (approximately 8.5m²) is €735, including utilities.
