Room to rent

I am going to rent out a room in a 60 m² house to a friendly, clean, flexible and reliable roommate. This house is located in Rijswijk on the 7th floor of a modern building with a big balcony. The free accessibility to facilities in this building includes: free gym, free sauna, and free lounge with a billiard table. The Train/Tram/Bus station is just a 5 minutes' walk. Supermarket, restaurant, grocery, Sports City within 2 minutes walk. I would like to host easygoing and friendly people. The common shared furniture/appliances in this house include a TV, Fridge, Dining table, Washing machine, Dish washer, Microwave, Oven, Multicooker, and Air fryer. Please note that the house has only one room available for rent. I as your roommate will use part of the living room for my rest and sleeping, so you have to be flexible about using the shared space.
