Cosy family house with garden in the city centre. This house is the perfect accommodation for your short stay if you are with your family and wish to be close to the city centre. The house consists of three floors. When you open the front door, you enter the atmospheric hall. On this floor, the living room has a comfortable couch, a sitting area, and a TV. There’s the dining area where you can enjoy your meal close to the terrace doors. These doors lead to the garden covered with tiles, where you can enjoy the sunny weather. You will find an outdoor, covered dining area too. The kitchen has all the necessary electrical appliances, including a dishwasher and a combination microwave and oven. The utility room contains a washing machine, dryer, and freezer. A separate toilet is also located in the hallway on the ground floor. On the first floor, the main bedroom has a king-size double bed, a built-in closet, and a TV. Next to it is the second bedroom with a small double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a comfortable and practical office corner. The bathroom with a toilet is also situated on the first floor. The attic has a spacious room with a double bed, an office desk with an office chair, and big windows that let in light, making the room very bright and cosy. You can easily apply for a parking permit by registering with the municipality. The house has free WiFi, bedlinen, and towels. A weekly cleaning is available upon request. Although this document has been prepared with great care, no rights can be derived from it. The rental agreement is inherently short-term.
