Room to rent

This room is available because the current tenant is finishing their internship. I am looking for someone who: – Is a student or working person who spends 40 hours a week at the office, internship, or university. – Is clean, quiet, and responsible. – Often stays at their parents or another room during the weekend. – Enjoys chatting in the hallway but also respects each other's privacy. Location & amenities: Public transport: 7 minutes bike ride to Driebergen-Zeist station, with an 8-minute train ride to Utrecht Central. Supermarket: Albert Heijn is just a 1-minute walk away. Living situation: You share the bathroom and kitchen with me. I am 31 years old and studied at Wageningen University. In my free time, I do calisthenics, kickboxing, gaming, and mountain biking. Small note: the downstairs neighbor occasionally smokes on his balcony, which can sometimes be noticeable with an open window.
