Have a look at this new building on the corner of the Opaalweg and Waterlinieweg. You'll share your cosy kitchen and balcony with your housemates; both great places to relax after a busy day. Each room has its own bathroom, and there's a large bicycle shed and laundry room under the building. Within a five-minute walk, you’ll find yourself in the local shopping centre for your daily groceries. Feel like a bike ride? You'll cycle to the atmospheric Ledig Erf within ten minutes! The Utrecht Science Park is just a fifteen-minute bike ride away. Looking for some greenery to enjoy? You’ll find the Beatrixpark just a stone’s throw away. In this building, you'll live together with participants of Goeie Buur. With Goeie Buur, we help 18-27 year old people who are about to complete a care program, to find a room and a buddy. Without an approved document you will unfortunately not receive a rental contract!
