Looking for a nice, luxury room? Join us at our men's house in the center! Several rooms are available this summer at Tramstraat. The station, downtown, Stratumseind, supermarkets, and TU/e are all within walking distance! A year ago, the house was completely renovated and features its own bar, projector with PlayStation and Chromecast, beer fridge, and sound and lighting system. It also has a nice kitchen, bathroom (2 showers), toilets (2), and a urinal. Enjoy the summer on the roof terrace, in the spacious south-facing garden, and in the new patio. What more could a student want? We live here with nine guys, sharing meals, studying, exercising, and partying together. The available rooms are all 16m2 or larger, costing between €330 and €370, with laminate flooring and a private sink included. This price covers all utilities (G/W/L) and service costs.
