Please note: the loft has a lower ceiling height, which makes the sleeping area cozy but less spacious. Furthermore, the studio is equipped with all conveniences: a modern TV, two refrigerators, a spacious wooden dining table, and a desk. The building has washing machines on the ground floor, as well as bike storage. The city center (Vrijthof, Markt) is reachable within 10 minutes by bike, and Randwyck (MECC, UM Sports) is even just 5 minutes away. There is no private parking, but parking is allowed in front of the door (paid).
