Room to rent

Hello! 👋 I'm looking for a male roommate to share my apartment in Lauwerecht, Utrecht (close to the city center) from September 12 to November 23, 2025 — the dates are flexible if needed. You will get a cozy room of 6–7 m² in a 75 m² apartment, with shared access to the living room, bathroom, toilet, and a nice balcony. Bonus: there is also a parking space available during this period! The rent is €950 per month, all-inclusive (gas, water, electricity, and internet — no hidden costs). Ideally, I'm looking for someone around 20–30 years old, who is graduating or already working. Do you speak Spanish? ¡No hay problema! I'm also practicing my Spanish 😄
