Hello dear people! From August 1st, a spacious room of 22 m² will be available in our cozy house on Goeverneurlaan in The Hague. The room is fully furnished and offers enough space for a bed, wardrobe, desk, or even a small sitting area. The rent is €1000 per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet, and registration address. So, you don’t have to worry about extra costs or separate bills. The property has been carefully renovated and has a modern kitchen, a neat bathroom, and a toilet that you will share with a housemate. Currently, there is no roommate yet, so you will be the first resident. Ultimately, the house is intended for two residents – we are also looking for a second tenant to occupy the other room. The location is ideal. On the street, you will find various shops for your daily groceries, and around the corner, multiple trams that quickly take you to the center or other parts of the city. Holland Spoor station is even within walking distance, making the room perfect for students or young workers who travel a lot or study nearby. We prefer a student or someone working who is looking for a quiet and tidy place to live. It’s nice if you are someone who appreciates socializing but also takes each other into account.
