Room to rent

Hello everyone! I am looking for one or two housemates (male/female, working or pursuing their studies, Dutch or from abroad, 28+) to share this nice little house in the green Utrecht neighborhood of Lunetten. One of the rooms is divided into two spaces by sliding doors, allowing you to create a sleeping and study area, and has two built-in closets, providing a lot of storage space. You will share the living room, bathroom (with bathtub), toilet, kitchen, garden, and internet with 1 or 2 housemates. The room is rented furnished, equipped with a desk and a bed. The living room and kitchen are also already furnished and equipped with kitchenware. It takes about 15 minutes by bike to get to the center or to the Science Park in the Uithof, and public transportation is just a few minutes walking distance. I am often away in winter for several months, sometimes even half a year. That's why I am looking for someone who can help feed the cat and take care of a few other household matters while I'm away. In exchange, you can enjoy the house for yourself during my absence, and the cat will surely give you plenty of cuddles. During the week, I am usually busy working. In my free time, I often like to be outdoors, whether hiking in nature or on the water, but I also enjoy relaxing at home (reading a book, watching a movie, gardening) after a busy working day. It's nice to occasionally have dinner together and do something together, but it's not a requirement. I also enjoy doing my own thing. Because we will spend most of the time sharing the house, it’s important for me to find friendly housemates so that we can have a good time in this house.
