Room to rent

Hey room seeker, Unfortunately, one of our housemates has graduated and is moving into his first big place! Additionally, another housemate will be going to Canada for half a year. Therefore, we are looking for 2 new nice housemates to fit into our house, one permanent and one as a subtenant (with a chance of permanent!). The permanent room will be available on August 27th and the sublet room on August 15th. We are currently two active guys and one sporty girl who enjoy various activities such as surfing, skating, bouldering, and cycling, as well as chilling together. What we offer: - A 25 m² room with a private bathroom. - A cozy, relaxed atmosphere where we regularly cook and eat together. - Within cycling distance to the beach and right in the center of The Hague - Rent around €260 including costs (with housing benefit considered)
