Room to rent

Temporary room available from August 1st in Statenweg, Blijdorp – until November 1st, €600 all-in. We are Jochem (26) and Ben (30), both working, and we are looking for a temporary third male roommate to sublet from August 1st to October 31st in our nice house in Blijdorp – the nicest neighborhood in Rotterdam. The house is perfectly located: 2 minutes walk from Blijdorp metro station, the Albert Heijn and Vroesenpark. We have three bedrooms, a spacious living room, bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, a cellar, balcony, and a large garden. In total about 125 m² living area. The room is 10 m², fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, desk) and costs €600 per month all-in. You will temporarily live together with two relaxed guys who enjoy sports, socializing, and doing their own thing. We are looking for someone who recognizes themselves in that and is looking for a nice place to live during this period.
