This completely furnished and modern houseboat used to be rented out as a hotel accommodation. At the moment we want to rent it out to workers/students who are looking for a fully furnished accommodation. Take your toothbrush and you can enter, even bedding etc is available. Fast internet included. The contract will start on the immediately 1st August 2025. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. (so in total two students can live here) Total costs per sleeping room are 795 a month, the service costs for electricity, gas, water, taxes, and internet are included, so no further costs. You can also rent the whole apartment with two people for 1590 euro a month. One month deposit required of 795 euros."
