Houseboat for rent for international students, completely furnished. The boat has 6 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms with showers and toilets, and a common kitchen. Each room is furnished with a bed and mattress, cupboards for personal belongings, and a study table and chair. The kitchen and common room are fully furnished, and a washing machine is included. Preferred rental contract is for one year; half a year is also possible. Rental period starts on August 15th and will end on either August 1st, 2025, or February 1st, 2025. Currently planning viewings on August 10th at 12:00 hours. The boat is centrally located in a quiet area. Registration at gemeente Rotterdam for a BSN number is allowed. Prefer international students for this houseboat. The deposit is one month rent—700 euro. Interested parties should send an email with a brief introduction.
