Room to rent

Hi room seeker! I'm going abroad for a month, and therefore, I'm offering my room for rent for this period. It's a nice room in a quiet house shared with three others. The housemates are all around 26 years old and have recently started working. Since everyone is busy during the weekdays, it will be calm from Monday to Friday, but we do cook and eat together and watch shows in the evening. The living room is very spacious for four people, and there is a large garden of 80 m² for when the weather is nice. Since I'm only going away for a short time, I will leave my furniture. Of course, I will empty my cupboards for you. The room is 11 m² with a door to the garden. The price for the room is 800 euros per month, including gas/water/electricity. It's about a 10-minute bike ride or tram ride to Rotterdam Central and a 3-minute walk to the nearest metro station. From this metro station, you're at Schiedam Centrum station in 3 minutes.
