The former office of insurance company De Holland has been completely transformed into 30 regular and 18 duplex apartments. The modern and sustainable apartments come furnished (excl. basic utensils and linen), in mid-century modern design. This duplex apartment has a living room with fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. The bedroom and a private bathroom with rain shower can be found in the basement. The apartment has a separate storage (approx. 1 m²) in the basement. As a resident, you can enjoy the weather and meet your fellow residents on the beautiful communal rooftop terrace. Residents of DEHOLLAND can make use of a communal launderette. Bike can be safely stored in our bike shed. It is possible to rent a private parking spot on the premises of DEHOLLAND.
