RENT & DEPOSIT: The rent does not include gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. The advance payment for these is 105 euros. The deposit is equal to one month's rent. The deposit will be returned when the accommodation is returned to the landlord in at least the same condition. HOUSING ALLOWANCE: It is not possible to apply for housing allowance for this accommodation. CANDIDATE: For this accommodation, we are looking for a female student whose parents/guardians can act as guarantors. THE PROPERTY: The 18m2 room with its own washbasin is located on the first floor. The kitchen is located on the ground floor, as is the toilet. The bathroom is on the first floor. Facilities such as the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and outdoor space are shared with three other female students. There is also space to sit outside.
