Two rooms in an apartment are available for rent on Bare Street starting September 1st. It is located on the third floor of the complex. The apartment has a spacious living room (approximately 29m²) with a kitchen, balcony, bathroom (toilet, shower, and sink), and hallway. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, hood, oven, and dishwasher. The living space is heated by central heating and has laminate flooring. The rent for the first room (15m²) is € 695,- excl. utilities. The rent for the second room (10m²) is € 630,- excl. utilities.
