The kitchen, utility room, toilet, cellar, bathroom (bike) shed, and large backyard are shared with 3 housemates. Net rent per month = € 645.00 + € 170.00 advance service costs = € 815.00. There is a washing machine available for common use. The cost is € 10.00 per month. Additional matters: - The room is available from September 19, 2025, to August 31, 2026. - The room may be occupied by 1 person. - Pets are not allowed. - In addition to the rent, a deposit of 2 months is required.
