A (partially furnished) houseboat is immediately available at Lopende Diep in Groningen. The houseboat features one bedroom (approx. 15m²), a hall/entry, a bathroom, a living room (approx. 13m²), a separate kitchen (approx. 7m²), and a separate toilet. The houseboat is centrally heated and you must arrange the utilities yourself. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, and gas stove. The bathroom is heated and has a shower with a thermostatic mixer tap. The rent is €950 per month excluding utilities. If you are interested in this accommodation, we would like to receive an introduction about yourself, including what you do in terms of study/work and who you are as a person.
