The studio has a neat laminate floor, includes many authentic elements, and has a sleeping loft. There are communal washing machine & dryer in the complex. The rent is € 975 excluding utilities. Service costs for gas/water/electricity, TV/internet, use of washing machine/dryer, and cleaning of the common areas are € 180,- per month.
