Apartment ενοικιάζω

In the center of Zoetermeer, newly renovated apartments were realized (2018). An apartment will be available on the 6th floor. New Soetermeer has the appearance of a building where it is wonderful to live, rather than the office colossus that the building used to be. The facade material consists of coated steel that incorporates the pattern of the Zoetermeer flag. The transparency of some parts, such as the plates on the balcony, gives a spatial modern appearance to the entire building. Each apartment has its own outdoor space. The apartments on the ground floor each have a loggia. The apartments located on the upper floors have a balcony, and those on top of the building have either a balcony or a spacious roof terrace.
