Looking for a roommate in the Spaarndammer neighborhood. The room is 10m² on the upper floor of a maisonette. This maisonette is located on the 3rd floor of the building. All other spaces in the house are shared with me. The room is furnished and has a bed with mattress and two cabinets. The house is bright and well oriented to the sun. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbors. It overlooks the Houthavens and Houthavenpark, which offers recreational opportunities right at your door. Westerpark is a 10-minute walk away. Public transport is easily accessible; 15 minutes biking to Amsterdam CS; 10 minutes biking to Sloterdijk and the bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. Registration is possible. The initial availability of 6 months can be extended in consultation. This room is not suitable for those allergic to my cat Coffee.
