Room to rent

I am looking for a nice girl with humor, very important, my previous housemate didn't have it and that was truly a loss! Someone who works full-time, no remote work, preferably during the day. I noticed it works better if we have similar rhythms. So, someone who enjoys the weekend and sleeps in a bit, not someone who jumps out of bed at 7:00 AM haha. If you can relate to this and are looking for a cozy and beautiful place, also newly built, to live in Amsterdam, then you are in the right place. The apartment was completed 4 years ago. The room is 10 m2. The house is about 75m2. Beautiful floating toilet, large bathroom, cozy living room with open kitchen and a large balcony of +/- 8m2 (big for Amsterdam). Super fast internet! I live in the middle of greenery between a wonderfully beautiful park and a super large shopping center. So, best of both worlds. Bus stop in front of the door and metro station (Noord-Zuidlijn) about 5 minutes away by bus. Due to the many, many responses to advertisements, I will only respond if you fit the above picture.
