Are you looking for a room in an active student house to experience a beautiful student life? Then you've come to the right place. Starting from September 1, a room will be available in our house on Gestelsestraat. The station, the center, and Stratum are just a five-minute bike ride away. You'll also find a grocery store around the corner and the TU/e is less than ten minutes by bike. We have a living room with our own beer tap, TV with both a PlayStation and Chromecast, and a beer fridge. We also have a newly renovated bathroom, two toilets, and our own kitchen, where a dishwasher makes doing the dishes effortless. The same goes for your own laundry with our washer and dryer. In other words, everything a student needs. Thanks to a recent renovation where all wooden frames were replaced with plastic ones with double glazing, you will also be nice and warm in winter. We live in a house with 9 guests and a playful cat. As a house, we often eat together, study together during exam weeks, and regularly enjoy a beer at the bar. We also engage in plenty of other activities to add color to our student life. The room is 10 m² and costs €330 per month. This price is excluding utilities and other (service) costs.
