Studio affittare

We are looking for a quiet working housemate who is a non-smoker, enjoys some social time, and is open to our peculiar cat Joost. The studio is located at the back of the house on the second floor. It has a kitchenette and its own bathroom. The Vogelenbuurt is a beautiful neighborhood from the early last century, with a rich mix of residents (families, seniors, students, and younger working individuals). One of our direct neighbors is a small mosque, but we experience no noise disturbance. Our house is next to a student house where 10 girls live, who can sometimes cause disturbances but we have made good agreements. Currently, there are five residents of different age categories. We are quiet, working, love our cat Joost and the birds in the area. We're always up for a chat and a cup of coffee.
