The apartment has a living area of ± 50m2 and is divided as follows; \- Entrance; – Access to bedroom: the bedroom has a double bed with matching bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe; – The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction hob with extractor hood, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is also equipped with kitchenware and a coffee machine; – The bathroom is equipped with tiling, shower and washbasin. The toilet is also located in the bathroom; – Access to spacious and bright living room with high ceilings. The living room is equipped with a 2-seater sofa with footstool, a TV sideboard including TV and a dining room table with 2 dining room chairs. The house does not have parking. The tenant is responsible for obtaining a parking permit (if possible) or renting a private parking space. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle shed around the corner of the complex. Environment: This apartment is located in the center of the city with all facilities in the immediate vicinity.
