Upon entering you will find the hall, from where you have access to all spaces and the stairs to the first floor. On this floor is the room (approx. 19 m2) with its own balcony. On the ground floor you will find a shared living room with open kitchen, the bathrooms and separate toilets. The washing machine and dryer are in a separate laundry room. All in all a wonderful home for students or young starters at a top location! Currently, there are 4 boys living in the house, but everyone is welcome.
