Room to rent

🌟 Roommate wanted: room available in Old South! 🌟 **Dutch speaking only** Are you looking for a nice place to live in the heart of Amsterdam? As of September 1, there will be a room (+/- 9m²) available in our beautiful penthouse at Minervaplein! The house is 205m², with large common areas, and we live with five working people. The atmosphere is cozy and quiet, and the common areas are cleaned weekly. There is also the possibility to apply for a parking permit, and registration with the municipality is possible. The room will be available indefinitely from September 1, 2025, and the rent is €750 p.m. (including + cleaner). We are looking for a social man or woman aged 25-30, who is working and neat, and likes to do something together from time to time, but also has his or her own life. Hospice nights will take place August 12 and 13. We will send out a form this Friday/Saturday to the people we want to invite, so you can choose a time slot. This way we will make sure everyone has enough time to see the house and get acquainted. Would you like to live in this beautiful place with us?
